Mr
Voo writes and records original blues songs. www.Geocities.com hosts Mr Voo,
as does www.Google.com , www.Download.com and www.Singer-songwriter.com. Slide
guitar, blues harp, bass guitar, 12 string, double bass, spanish accoustic guitar...
Mr Voo plays them all. Van Morrisons old drummer from 'Them', 'D',
has made an album with Mr Voo which was engineered by Eddison Lighthouse's Mr
Loud. 'What's for Pudding' is Mr Voo's first blues record. Van, ZZ, and Phelps
all have a copy of 'What's for Pudding'. Plant has a single of 'Voodoo han'.
Mr Voo likes to think that his original blues song 'Alcohol' inspired Van to
cut down on 'Der Brandy', which can only ever be a good thing. The
sunglasses are 1960's Italian originals with smokey glass lenses. They are not
up for sale at the current time. Pudding is not some stodgy suet lump with custard,
but a reasonably good blues album by mr voo. 'Whats for Pudding' is the title
of a thought provoking lyrical and very musical album from mr voo. 'This Side
of the Moon' is mr voo's recent project - a dub-blues thang cosisting of 11
original dubby blues songs, including a cover of Police and Thieves by Murvin.
His new project features more slide guitar and snappy lyrics including a cover
of 'Big Legs, Tight Skirts' by Hooker. Mr Voo dispatches CD's to anyone ordering
via email. Download.com also sell Mr Voo's work. Please leave a short comment
at singer-songwriter.com. Mr Voo welcomes any proposals to play ba ss or guitar
or slide guitar in an established band, a live event or a recording session.
Collaborative projects also. Mr Voo plays a Squier Strat thru a Fender amp and
records on Cubase with IK Tracks mastering. Ibanez roadster 900 is his vintage
1981 bass. 1959 Hofner President is a vintage f-hole accoustic round-top.
Mr Voo likes to cook a fish curry soup - superior to a gumbo- containing creamed
coconut and baby aubergines. mmm. mr voo quit smoking by self hypmosis and cut
out the booze n drugs. Now life is sweet with no headfuck n illness. Hey, eatin
vegetables. Thats the way. Steamed with olive oil, spices and herbs with a lid
on. Now go chop em. 'Im goin down New Orleans, I'm gonna get me some gumbo soup.
I'm gonna suss out the recipe, and bring it on home to you.' Extract of 'Voodoo
